Linking tickets to my disney exp.

hi all,

i bought my tickets for disney through musement a few months ago. Mt ticket confirmation come through with all the details on it. However, i am trying to link them to my disney account to sort fast passes and ADRs etc and i can't do it. Could any of you lovely people who have also bought tickets from musment give me a helping hand. My confirmation has a confirmation number on it but states that i have to go to will call on arrive to collect tickets. Im hoping this doesn't mean i can't book in advance
