Disney holiday Prices how many roughly they go up every year?

This will be our 1st trip in August time as our other 4 trips have been in September.
I did a dummy booking for 2 adults and 2 children for POR with tickets and dinning plan flying from Manchester the average price has been £9500.
When we went in September:
2007 around £2000 for 2 adults
2008 around £2200 for 2 adults
2011 around £3000 for 2 adults
2016 around £4600 for 2 adults and 1 child who was 4.

As I been saving weekly since our last trip we should have £11000 saved by 2023 I was wondering if the prices go up a lot every year if that will be enough. (Does not have to include spending money and insurance)

£11k should be enough

Tickets will probably be around £2k by 2023 for family of 4 and accommodation around £4K. Flights between £3-£4K if direct.

It will be direct. The flight long enough as it is for a 11 year old and a 4 year old. If the flights are roughly the same from Birmingham or East Midlands we would fly from there and get a transfer to Disney World.
