Ticket collection when booked with TUI

Can anyone advise if you book a holiday with TUI to stay at universal and also book the universal tickets with them when do you get the tickets. Are they handed to you in Florida ?

The previous time we booked a holiday and tickets with Tui, we picked vouchers up at Sanford airport, then changed them for actual tickets at Universal and Disney ticket booths.

This time we were told that they�d email them to us instead of collecting them. However, I�d expect to still have to change them for actual tickets at Universal and Disney ticket booths.

In the end we cancelled the tickets with TUI and got them from ATD. It was around the same price, but you get actual tickets so no vouchers to exchange.
