Combo Ticket and Magic Bands
Hi,
Heading to Florida next April, we are not staying on a Disney or Universal property so looking to buy park tickets before we go, so have a couple of questions. Last time we went to Florida we purchased a 14 day combo ticket but only went to Universal for 1 day! So was a little overkill, so wondering if it’s better to get a 1 or 2 day Universal ticket when we are out there this time, as will only probably go for a couple of days as family are big Disney fans. If we do this what sort of cost is it and when do the combo tickets break even? From a quick look on Attraction Tickets the combo ticket is currently £276 more than the Disney only. The second question is if we buy Disney 14 day pass in UK does anyone sell these with Magic Bands or will we just need to upgrade once we are in a Disney park? Thanks G |

The combo tickets are just two tickets put together by ticket sellers so you actually get a 14 day Disney ticket and a separate 14 day universal ticket for a slightly discounted price .
You would be better buying you Disney ticket and then looking undercover tourist for a 1-2 day universal ticket but it won’t be much cheaper than the uk 14 day ticket if you really want to do universal . We ended up dropping universal as it didn’t make sense to us spending so much just for 2 days but it’s personal choice . Magic bands can be bought at Orlando airport , at any park or Disney springs . They are everywhere in Disney .
