So I finally got off my ass and got back to it (like properly, rather then just repeating the hard one!) did the dreaded 8 minutes, and because I’ve been running 5 for a couple weeks (where my breaks were too long so I repeated) it wasn’t too bad, the last minute of the last run section my legs started to feel quite tired, by i actually felt good!

Well done to the peeps who graduated though!
I’m not gonna be graduating before my 10K run, but the way the hills are I think I’ll be okay with using the ups as rests!

Finished week 3 today... not even nearly half way through and really struggling with the 3 minute runs. Not looking forward to 5 minute runs next, and goodness knows how I'll manage the dreaded week 5, run 3 that everyone keeps mentioning. Just need to stay positive, trust the programme and keep at it.

Well done!

In some ways the longer runs are easier. There’s no stop-starting and you get into more of a rhythm. Don’t look too far ahead. Just focus on the next run - if you’re anything like me it just made me panic if I skipped ahead in the app!

Just about to start wk9 tomorrow. Had a weekoff due to injury after wk8/1. Did a recovery run of 15 mins, then 2 days later went straight back to wk8/2. Can't believe I managed it without back tracking. Can't wait to graduate next week sometime, fingers crossed.

Well done everyone, where ever you are in your running journey xx

Thank you, I think you’re right. I just need to take it one run at a time!

Many thanks to all those who've been so supportive and encouraging.

For those thinking about it it's a really good system.

I hope to do a few more runs in Florida and keep going in the UK.

I hope those on it get to the end.
Congratulations
