your best and safest bet will be to buy on the US disney website.
or check the vendors listed at the top of this forum in the yellow box. and btw, at the gate it's actually more expensive than buying online in advance |

I bought two day passes on the Disney website last year, some rides broke down and we got free TL passes!

Direct from Disney, any vendor will have to add a bit as they don't make any money on them, there is a UK pass for 2 days currently at £214 but it is only for the summer

The 'best' place to get them is from Disney's American website (not the UK one). Getting onto the American website can be a pain because it will often redirect you to the UK website.
Otherwise, try UndercoverTourist.com or OrlandoAttractions.com. However, the price from these sellers will be around $5 more than direct from Disney. This should only be true for 3-day tickets and above. One and two day tickets should cost the same on the gate as buying online from Disney's US website.
