I have seen someone getting a fruit platter on a return flight from the Caribbean - they got an orange and a banana (both just the whole fruit!) 😳

Anyone know if the virgin flight from Belfast has moved to this new menu too?

It looks like I've still got time to change my order, thank goodness! I can't decide wether to go for the Asian vegetarian meal or a vegetarian/lacto meal? I'm thinking a spicy meal might be nicer but not sure if it still comes with a nice normal desert. Does anyone know? Thanks

Does anyone know what the meals are like on the return leg now? I remember it wasn’t great when I last flew back!

So Asian vegetarian normally comes with a different dessert - I think it was sponge last time. I have always liked the desserts it comes with! You also still get the normal afternoon tea - or at least that's always been my opinion. The one time they gave me the veggie lacto by mistake it was plain rice and two peices of veg on top! So so bland. And I think the dessert was inedible

Knew it was too good to be true and it would still be chilli and the mushroom dish .. I’m not picky but these really don’t appeal to me

Thank you! I've ordered the lacto vegetarian but I'm going to change it now for the Asian vegetarian. I just wasn't sure on that one as it says it is a religious meal so didn't know if there would be extra exclusions. When I changed it yesterday, it didn't seem to save my choice, just like it didn't show the fruit platter when I ordered that so haven't a clue what I'll actually get! I'm going to order the Asian meal now and stick to it 😊

Yeah not sure the religious reasoning as never spotted it said that before but I had last year and it definitely had a nice dessert - tried finding a photo but I've managed to wiped my PC in last few weeks by accident and lost a whole load of them including that one! I've always found it the most tasty meal I've had on a plane.
