I've flown both, I prefer the dreamliner into Sanford.

I dismiss Sanford because I can't drive. I stay on site and can get the Magical Express from MCO. That's more important to me than how long I spend in immigration.

I would always go with the cheapest price. I've never been with TUI yet but I know people who have and said they were really good. I would definitely try them in the future. Believe it or not Virgin was actually cheaper for us this year.

Personally I prefer Virgin. If price was similar they have the V room with is much better than the Escape lounge or similar. You also Fly into MCO and I prefer the Disney Express from there.
I also like the ability to drop the bags at Disney Springs on the leaving day.

TUI have a better plane though this is changing as the 747 are been retired .
TUI have IMO appalling customer service, in 2017 we were flying PE with them. On the return home they plane was delayed by 6 hours and the replacement plane had no Premium seating.
When I raised this through their own compensation procedure they stated they did not have to compensate as it was out of their control. ( This was not the case)
Long story short I took them to court and won £4800 compensation. They were even late paying that by 2 weeks.
Their petulant behaviour lead me to say I will never fly with them again.
Nice Plane, Staff hit and miss. Terrible customer service. Im not bitter

Flown Dreamliner PE a couple of times and thought it was great and Sanford was easy to get through both landing and on way home (security much easier)

I've found Sanford ground crew to be much more pedantic about bags, but I'm not sure if the ground crew are contracted by, and guided by the airline.

Having used both, I regard TUI as the superior product in any case, especially with their beautiful Dreamliners as opposed to tired 747s that dump far greater numbers into immigration than a Dreamliner. I also much prefer Sanford to MCO.

For me it’s a no brainer .
Well said hope the current trip is going well
