Good Price?

16 days in June 2020 for £650.

Is this a good price or worth waiting to nearer the time?

Thats a good price i would say for a premium SUV, but as always try booking with a provider who allows free cancellation - you may see the price reduce $50 but then it could go up $400...

Through Hertz gold, but not sure about their cancellation policy?

Pretty sure you can cancel a Hertz booking up to 48hrs before pickup. You can do it online. Remember CDP codes are available to get discounts.
