Virgin Economy Classic seats
Just wondering if you get let off a virgin flight only from the front or from both ends of the plane?
Not sure where to book seats - further forward or towards the back - for immigration purposes. 😊

we flew in the top part of the 747 when we flew Virgin, and we was off pretty quick, but if i remember it was the forward end of plane that you come off, didnt see any rear exit been used, on this or the BA flight we have flown on.

I get my seats as far forward as possible as the let you off at the front of economy, behind Premium Economy.

Exit doors are between lower deck PE and Economy
Offloading is usually UC, PE & upper deck then the rest of economy. Immigration is all just guesswork, you could be the only plane landing at that time and through in no time or you could be in a group of 3/4 planes landing at the same time and have a wait.

I've chosen row 44 for us. I didn't really think about location in relation to disembarking. I chose more on the basis that this row seemed to be an equal distance between a galley, and some toilets! Haha
But, having read this, I thought I'd try for closer to the exit and managed to get row 30 outbound and return. So now, we are close to exit as well as being between a galley and some toilets lol. |

I have gone for the back row. My thinking is that no one will be disturbing my flight with kicking the back of my chair accidentally. Also close to a galley. Not too concerned about the disembarking tbh. It takes as long as it takes.

See, I avoided back row as you can't recline, but those in front of you can still recline into your space and I'd worry about feeling really cramped. Especially as my DH is over 6ft.
