Virgin API?

Hi guys!
Only a week left until we return to Disney and I’m just wondering when i should fill in the Virgin API? I vaguely remember being able to do them quite far in advance but I can’t find it on the VA website when I check my booking. Am I going mad? Any help appreciated

It changed a while back and you do it as part of online check in now

You do it as part of OLCI at 24 hours out.

As above, it all changed a few years ago when Virgin switched over to the Delta IT platform (as Delta own 49% of Virgin). All API is now captured at check-in, be it online or at the airport.

The OP is not going mad though - on the old Virgin IT system you used to be able to submit your API at any time via Manage My Booking.
