Not on big rides like Hulk. Due to previous incidents with loose articles.

Hulk and rip rocket are the 2 main ones that stop you from taking anything. They make you put everything in locker and then walk you through eough the metal detector. Disney you can take pretty much anything onto the ride within reason

Most rides at Universal require you to put your bag in a locker (coaster wise). They don’t normally let you take phones etc on...

I keep my phone in my backpack while on most rides. At Universal you have to put the bag in the lockers on the bigger rides and they use metal detectors to see if you have any loose articles.

In my pocket other than for Rock N Rollercoaster - it’s put in my bag at my feet on that.

At universal it has to go in the lockers if it’s a roller coaster now.

Thanks for all the replies guys. We will have a small rucksack with us. So it will go in that if needed. Or stay wedeged firmly on my pocket for the more sedate rides.

I don't recall lockers for the Hulk last time we went. But it's good to know that they are available. These are free to use aren't they?

The small ones are free for the time it takes to ride - you scan the barcode of your park ticket (don't put the ticket in the locker! )
