1 day in Miami area -any ideas please

We have 2 days / 1 night between leaving Anna Maria Island and flight home from Fort Lauderdale.Would like to do tour of Miami but dont want to wander around on our own in unknown areas - any tours recommended? Any good hotels for 1 night?
Or maybe would like to do airboat ride in this area - anyone done one around this area?
Have 2 teenagers 19 and 16 but they are quite happy to do anything

You could try this bus tour. I've heard they're quite good.

And I recommend this boat tour, we did this a couple of years ago.
islandqueencruises/sightseeing.htm.
We also did this one, which your teenagers should like.

I recommend the Duck boat/vehicle tour then you will see the best on land and water ducktourssouthbeach
