I don't think she will need an Oyster card, her train tickets said 2 exchanges so I thought this included the tube.

Honestly, I'm 32 and female and I wouldn't think twice about catching a tube at that time. (I would be more concerned catching a taxi alone) It's so busy and a straightforward route. Please don't worry.
