Cake ingredients, where can I get these?

I have a recipe for a chocolate cake that needs expresso powder and Dutch processed cocoa powder. Does anyone know where I would get these from and what brand name they are please?

Express powder = instant coffee granules? (I have sometimes made strong filter coffee and put that in cakes as a liquid)
Dutch cocoa powder I’ve not heard of, but I’m sure ordinary cocoa powder would be fine.

I recently made a cake that needed Dutch pressed cocoa. After much googling Green and Blacks is the one you need.

Their website confirms it's been 'dutched'. Be warned it makes the cake very dark and to the point I thought I'd burnt it but it was the most delicious chocolate cake I've ever made.

You can buy espresso powder from all big supermarkets or just make some extra strong coffee. I normally do 3 x as strong x

I've heard of it, but never used it... Don't think i've ever actually seen it either. We tend to sell natural cocoa.. guessing its an american thing, tend to see it referred to a lot on american blogs/recipes.
