Expedia !
Hi all,
Has anyone had any contact with Expedia ? I booked a then non-cancelable Hotel with them back in August,but have just received a direct email from Marriot stating that this is now cancelable with a full refund. However,when trying to confirm with Expedia.it appears that they have no email contact address, and only a virtual automated help service. I just want to confirm with them that I will receive the refund before cancelling online. Would appreciate if anyone has any experience /ideas Thanks in advance Marcus |

I’ve had the same email this morning.
I’ve not tried to contact Expedia yet though as I have virgin fights on my booking which are currently non refundable, so my plan is to wait till mid/late June before trying to contact them. I’m sure someone did post a phone number for them on here yesterday. Hope you get an answer

Were in the same boat, have VA flight booked for May 5th,still ,on time ! There is a phone number on the site, but this takes you to an automated response, which states that they will not speak to you if you are not travelling within the next 72 hours ! I just can't believe in this day and age that they do not have an email contact addresses I just want confirmation if I cancel I will get a refund ! Thanks again ! |

Lots of information on line, a lot can be done through manage your booking a specially if travelling during April. For later dates it says wait til nearer the time.

Thanks,I’ve tried all the links but unfortunately they just all led to an automated response or virtual helper
I can cancel via this,but can’t speak or get confirmation that I will get a refund ! Thanks again ! |

Thanks,took your advice and although terms of cancellation stated that the booking was non-refundable,as you suggested ,when I went to virtual booking to cancel, it then stated the amount and that I would get it fully refunded !
