Ooh yes. Campfire stew and hunters chicken are popular here too. Even my baked-bean hating DS likes the campfire stew!

Think it’s been our favourite so far. Dirty rice really good too

Thanks for ideas so far. Just had the Creamy Garlic Chicken tonight with mini roast potatoes and broccoli. It was a hit, although a bit sweet - any ideas where the sweetness came from? The white wine vinegar? I made it as per the recipe with the exception of the chicken stock pot (used a mushroom one instead).

Made the potato, onion and bacon bake last week. We enjoyed it but it was a bit watery. It really didn't feel right not being in a creamy sauce!

Next attempt will be the dirty rice.

Is it predominantly chicken- strangely I hate chicken! I keep thinking about buying it but won’t if it’s mostly chicken

No plenty of other stuff. I’m not a big fan of chicken either

Hi, sorry to jump on your thread but does anyone know if there are full lists of all the recipes in both the books available online please?
I can only seem to find snippets of the index for both.
My local Tesco is out of stock of the books and I'm not going anywhere else that might stock them this week.
I'd just like to see the full list before I commit to ordering them. Thanks 🙂

Not sure if this will work but I’ll try!
