What would you have for a picky tea?

We have to make everything from scratch unfortunately so were going to make sausage rolls to go with the left over christmas cheese and crackers.
What else should we do? What would you have?

Homemade pizza using tortilla wrap as a base. I make these really often and they are lovely.

DH made homemade ciabatta last night, it was yummy. We had a picky tea too. We bought houmous, tzatziki, a packet of continental meats, olives and heated a camembert cheese. You could make the hoummous, tzatziki and bread? Love a picky tea.

We have cheeses, charcuterie meats, maybe some crisps or dips, or some peanuts, all with chutney etc, that’s a picky tea to us

Why do you have to do everything from scratch and what is a picky tea?

Lol, I much prefer it cooked this way with just a tiny dab of butter on each slice and the oven on 180 degrees fan for about 23 minutes
