Booking Disney Hotel Only

Hi

We have park tickets for our next stay (if we get to go). I am trying to book a Disney hotel and would like a Dining Plan. It appears that I cannot book a dining plan when booking a hotel only. Will Disney let you have a dining plan if I ring and book the hotel and ask for the plan?
Thanks

should be fine as you only need to buy park tickets and book a hotel at the same time for the free dinning plan, as your going to pay for it, it wont be an issue.

No, you can only book it as part of a hotel and tickets package. Why not just put the cost of the dining plan on a cash card, you'll have more flexibility that way too.

Thanks I will have to give them a ring tomorrow to sort it out as it doesn't come up online.

The same goes if you pay for it too. I've just done a dummy booking with and without tickets. When you choose tickets an option to pay for a dining plan appears. When you don't choose tickets it doesn't.

phone call to Disney never hurts, they have always gone out of their way to sort anything for you, in my past experience.

I've just tried the American Disney site to see if it's different - it isn't.

You're welcome Sometimes the American site is different so I wondered if that might be an option for you.

Unfortunately even to buy the dining plan you need to have tickets as part of the package.
