Which villa community better for universal

We are hoping to go June/July 21
Which villa communities are better if doing universal/ sea world
We are not planning on doing Disney this time if we do it will maybe only be one day

They’ll all be a 20-30 minute minimum drive. As long as you have good access to the I4 (which all areas do to be honest) it doesn’t take long

Not a villa community, but Vista Cay is lovely and on Universal Boulevard. You can see Seaworld from the balcony of most apartments and Universal is about ten minutes drive.
