I had 3 different trips booked with them.
Barcelona for 11th May return only. Requested refund 1/5, email to say refund processed 22/6, refund credited cards 24/6. Majorca 22/5 returning 30/5. Refunds requested 14/5 and 20/5. No further updates. Paris 4/6 returning 7/6. Transferred to January and keeping fingers crossed for DLP🤞🤞 I'm hoping we hear about the Majorca flights soon as those flights were expensive being school hols. Good luck all, its a waiting game but they are getting there eventually. |
