Or downgrade to a value and keep the discount?
I know someone who has rung Disney this morning and asked these questions. They were told no.

Were they told no as in they can't change days/resort or no as in they can't do that *and* keep discount?

They were told they can't change the resort or number of nights if they want to keep their booking this year. If they want to change resort/number of nights then they have to move to next year under next year's terms.

Would anyone be kind enough to check that it we accept the offer, we can still cancel 8 days out if we can't fly (August time)

35 minutes for me ( groan) , is there anyway you can do a call back ?

Seriously 167 , it’s obviously saying that for everybody.
I’m worried my phone battery will give out !

Is there any benefit to moving the booking rather than cancelling and rebooking through Quidco or topcashback?

I was wondering this. I was just going to run it through to 27th and let itself cancel. Then rebook through Quidco at some point in the future. Quidco has already paid out for this year so I’m already ahead so can’t complain really. 😬

If there’s a chance to keep the two gift cards I’ll call them. 🤞🏼
