Defo kept gift card .. the new invoices have it on.
I did the call back and they called back in 15 mins and was on hold about 30mins so 45 mins in total .. originally it was 167 mins wait xx

Oh that’s worth me ringing then if we get to keep the gift cards. I have two $300 ones which would make a significant contribution to food costs.
