Villa insurance, end of supply failure?

Hi

So we should be in Mexico, changed to next year. We also have a villa holiday in the Algarve booked for end of Aug. We had hoped they’d make changes to there but on Friday ( review day) they remained the same. We are still hoping things might change and this was a villa booked as a package so we’re covered.
However trying to come up with an alternative plan ( goodness knows which plan we’re on probably somewhere around T).
We’re struggling to find any villas in allowed countries via a package but there are plenty that come as Villa only.
What should I be looking for in a policy? Does anyone have a good experience of an insurance, would I also require one that covers Covid 2 or would end supply failure be sufficient?
We’ve all had Covid so fingers crossed we have sone resistance.
I have insurance through my job which covers the family but it doesn’t cover end supply.
Thanks

Can you add end supplier failure on for an extra cost?
