Locked out of the Dibb!

I changed my phone yesterday (still on my old one to type this) and I can't log in to the Dibb.
I've forgotten my password as my old phone just automatically logs me in so have tried a password reset but its not working!
Can anybody help me please as I don't want to create a whole new account and start collecting ears again ☹️

I cant help I'm afraid .. but try posting in guest services, the mods keep a closer eye on there.

Hi, I replied to your email last night with a password reminder email.
Please check your spam/junk folders for the email if it isn't in your inbox.

Alternatively PM me a new password you would like and I can manually change it for you.

I was just worried about losing my ears 🤣
