What currency
I'm going on a Thomson cruise on 29 June. The ports are in Greece and Turkey. Both countries have different currency. Do I need to take euros and lira?

Have not cruised to Turkey but we have a currency conversion free credit card we used quite happily in Greece for most things and just had a few Euros which he had in the house.

We took both euros and lira. In Turkey, it was necessary to pay for trams in Istanbul in lira and taxi drivers in Istanbul, Kusadasi and Ismir wouldn’t accept euros only lira.
