Anyone used the Disney World Activity Centres?
My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary whilst we are at DW and have an ADR at O'hana booked without the kids. The plan is to drop them off at Lilo's Playhouse at the Poly then go into MK to do a couple of rides like SM which the boys can't ride. We will then possibly go to Trader Sam's, have dinner and then watch the fireworks from the beach.
A few questions about this... Has anyone used the children's activity centres at WDW? Did your children enjoy them? Does anyone know about the new one at the Contemporary? Does anyone know why I can't make a booking past July 31st? Sorry for the multiple questions! |

The activity centres close on 31 July hence why you can’t make a booking beyond that date. The new Pixar evening at the Contemporary is the replacement offering. It’s been running since April.
My boys went to the Sandcastle at Beach Club last October. They absolutely loved it and it was the only thing they asked to do again, lol. I will definitely be booking the Pixar event for them next year. I don’t see that it will be of any less quality..although I have noted that it’s $10 more expensive for about an hours less time...

I called the number on the UK DW site and they had me directed to the right department. Think I had to select option 3 for Magical Extras. I paid about 138 dollars for 2 children.
