Upgrading to Virgin PE
Just got a price from Virgin to upgrade to PE for 2 adults, both journeys, £1100, does that seem like a good price?

Not sure when you are flying. We were quoted £1563 for 2 adults in Sept. We went for ELR seats instead.

We’re flying November next year, didn’t think of ELR seats.

I would say that's very expensive. I wouldn't pay more than £150 each way.

no, seems very high.
If you are flying November 2019 I would look at upgrading when your flights are released for sale on Virgin Atlantics website. 11 months before departure. Usually, more sensible prices appear. I would even suggest waiting until boxing day / new year sale. Should see better prices then |

OP. Seems high but it does depend on when you go. If very soon it may not drop by much. If months and months away it should come down. But it's a guessing game.

Judging by other things I've seen on here I wouldn't do it for more than £100 per person.
