It's Disney's version of a timeshare.

Are you looking to rent points from a DVC owner to stay there (cheaper) or book direct with Disney?

I don't mind how I do it - just looking for best value. I didn't understand DVC so hadn't looked into doing it that way

We stayed there for a week last year and really liked it. It was our first time on site. Good for meals and snacks and within easy walking distance of Epcot and Hollywood Studios though shuttle boats are available. Disney transport links to the other parks and Downtown Disney were easy too.

Stayed for 2 weeks in the Villas on our last trip. Expensive but worth it imo.

Paying a justifiable premium for the excellent location. There are better pools around but being able to walk to EPCOT and HS is just fabulous. Plus Boardwalk in the evening. Unbeatable.

I think first time onsite, you'd be pushed to be disappointed with any resort.
