Did Thomas Cook Premium to Cuba and hated it, love Tui though.

Flown PE with all 3. I’d say it is Virgin>Tui>TC but I’ve only ever flown the Dreamliner with Virgin and not yet flown Tui’s Dreamliner, so things might yet change.

Even so I’d say TCs PE is better than anyone’s economy, so it’s a noticeable step up despite being (marginally) bottom of the three!

Done all 3
I would say seat wise Virgin comes out top, Food wise Tui, I found the PE seat on TC to be very hard and lacking padding and the food average.

Personally I would go with the cheapest though- there is not that much between all 3 to say its worth paying ZYX more.

Remember as well Virgin give 2x23kg luggage TUI 1x23 and TX 1x32kg

Thanks for the feedback.
TC coming in considerably cheaper even when adding an extra case to give more luggage allowance than Virgin.

As I'm paying for everyone to go (9 in total) then guess it will come down to price...or I go UC and they pay for themselves 😂
