Latest time to do advanced passenger details ?

Hey guys 121 days till we go now was about to do the advanced passenger details on the laptop but that has virus and won’t load it up and for some reason my iPhone won’t let me do it either what is the latest date you can do this if anyone knows thankyou

With Virgin it can only be within 24 hours of the flight. You used to be able to do it Months in advance but they stopped that when they introduced the Delta computer system

I flew for work recently and didn't do it at all, just told the check in agent.

Our booking also says that they've already got secure information on file - presumably from last years flights. Hopefully this year neither of us will be picked out for the random extra security checks!

If you book with Virgin Holidays - you don't need to do API as they pass the info to VA (according to their web page). If you booked direct with VA, then as Mr Morrow said, it's within 24 hours.

Booked through Thomas cook it came threw on paperwork today I’ll just use a mates laptop next week all should be fine I think

You can do it at the airport when checking in or bag dropping.
