I am fairly certain I took some last year. I noted cereal bars on my form and had no issues. They’re date and nut (the ones we took). But obviously just because they sidn’t stop us doesn’t mean they’re allowed, but I didn’t even think they may not be. They are great snacks for my kids (but not allowed at school due to nuts).

Lara bars are the same as nakd bars, they have a far better selection of energy bars in the US in my opinion, I do a lot of running and cycling so get through a lot of snack bars and always stock up on loads of different ones when I am over there

14 g of sugar per bar. Just give them half a bar of milk chocolate instead of it’s a customs problem.

They have from 11 to 14 g but it’s just fruit (mainly compressed dates). Even with the naturally occurring sugar, they are better for you than chocolate I would say.

They are not fresh fruit so I would say they are fine, just make sure you declare them like you would with any food x

Dont know if it helps but i took in fruit yo yo's in november. Got them out to show the customs officer at boarder control as i was unsure and she just said yea there fine.
