My then 17 year old daughter worked there, in a northern Ireland branch. The management couldn't organise a rota if they had to. Absolute shambles. The job was fine, no probs, but management were too young, immature and unqualified for any problems that arose. And we're usually off their nuts on weed, or booze the morning after. She left after complaining to head office about them, but nothing was done. Not even a reply.

That's not good.
The manager of the store where I'll be working is slightly younger than me (I'm almost 60) and her assistant manager a similar age so hopefully no such problems there.
The rotas are done centrally now and you enter your flexibility on to an app which your rota also comes on so it's taken away from the management.
I guess I'll just have to wait and see but I am used to poor planning as its been appalling where I currently work, we've recently gone 3 weeks with no sign of a rota.
