Wow Lottie that is amazing! Congratulations on the job that is so exciting, i clearly went down the wrong analyst route with finance Web was obviously the way to go!
How exciting that you might get Club that will be amazing. Also great plan with concierge on the cruise. I am pretty sure if you try really hard you will be able to break even with the costs on cocktail consumption! Gemma x |

Mini update!
Sooo when we got the quote for concierge yesterday, I just went straight ahead with it and said yes! I kept it as a 'surprise' for Ed for about 4 hours and told him when I got home. At first he was a teeny bit annoyed that I didn't discuss it with him first (I thought watching loads of YouTube vids about it counted as a discussion), but after he'd eaten his dinner and perked up a bit he suddenly exploded with excitement. He is now 100% on board - unfortunately not literally, but our time will come. In fact one year today we'll be getting off the ship *sad face* and heading to the Beach Club *happy face*. As we are a bit late to the party, there were only about 6 cabins of our category left to choose from and none with the bump-out slightly bigger balconies (I'm glad we didn't leave it much later to upgrade), but luckily one of the remaining cat V cabins was on the starboard side. This means we will be able to watch the fireworks from our balcony rather than from the deck with everyone else (apparently they request that you don't do this to cover their backs in case a rogue firework hits you, but people do it anyway from what I've read). It also means that at Castaway Cay we will have a view of the island and beaches, as 9 out of 10 times the ship backs into port. We have this romantic notion of room service breakfast on the balcony while wearing robes and overlooking Castaway Cay (yes we get robes!). Cabin 12528 in case you're wondering. It's next to the adults pool so should be nice and quiet as that area empties out by early evening, plus also very handy as that is our main daytime hangout. It also means we only have cabin neighbours on one side. Today we paid off another big chunk of the cruise so we only have just under £600 left to pay on it now! Still haven't got anything else at all booked, but at least there is a cabin on the Disney Dream with our name on it! Oh aaaand because our new cruise is pricier (obvs) we now get $100 on board credit instead of $50 woop woop. We are right up on deck 12 with the posh peeps! Cheeky floor plan Yay! Also on another note, Travel on a Dream are awesome, the service we've had is so personal, and I've been chatting to Erin about her trips to Europe and things. She's been on all the holidays she sells, so she can give proper advice too. It's so different from booking with the impersonal and frustrating Virgin last year! Total breeze so far
