Picking up hire car at Disney

We are staying at AKV Kidani in September and will take the Magical Express from the airport (better say this is out first time onsite), we are looking at hiring a car for a week for a few days of our hol so we can do the outlets and our fave restaurants offsite and I wondered if anybody had experience from hiring it from the Disney car centre, am I right in thinking they can pick you up from your hotel?

Yes they will, just call and book your shuttle to collect you from reception.

We were in MK on the day we were picking up the car & DH left to get it to meet us at the Poly pool a little while later. He got picked up from outside MK & was taken to the colle ruin point that was up by the petrol station .. He was very quick

we always pick ours up at the Dolphin hotel

take 15 mins from HS
