Mobile First time recommendations!

Hello :-) We are going for the first time at the end of May and are a family of 5 with children 14,11 and 9. We are staying offsite in a villa and don't have a dining plan. We don't have a massive budget but would like to experience some of the food in the parks. Any recommendations for the ages that we are!? We would probably prefer buffet type or normal food rather than fine dining! Anything we shouldn't miss!?

I would recommend eating at Ohana for dinner with your age range, its a fantastic meal and is served family style, so brought to your table in skillets with a choice of coconut bread dumplings, chicken wings, chicken, steak, shrimp, salad, noodles and veg.

Then followed by the best dessert in the whole of Disney IMO

Also after our meal we like to head down to the Beach and we watch Wishes from there, its a fantastic dining experience. I cant wait to go back.

We love 50s prime time! It's pretty cheap for being in a park and the fried chicken and milkshakes are great!

Teppan Edo! For a sit down restaurant it's not too expensive, and all the cooking is done in front of you with entertaining chefs - love it xx

We second Teppen Edo, it's our must do. Sci Fi is fun and reasonable, I think there are mixed reviews, but we've always enjoyed it, we love the cheesy film reel they show and sitting in the cars - although as a couple we always end up as hit hikers 😂 x

Teppan edo at epcot gets our vote as does Coral reef at Epcot. Our son loved coral reef, we got sat right by the tank window, we had a massive stingray sat by our window throughout the meal, not to mention the other fish. Our son was captivated and so to be frank were we.

So can you eat at any hotel even if you are not booked there? Is that a good place to see the fireworks?
