I have the BA Premium Amex and have booked 4 Club World flights to West Coast USA, using two 2 for 1 vouchers. Off peak cost is 250K BA Avios total. Factor in bonus of 25K BA Avios for £3,000 spend in first 3 months, allied to a transfer of miles to BA Avios and you could have 2 business class returns to Florida or beyond.

I have used the vouchers to fly first class (not possible to Orlando) and that really is a luxurious experience, but harder to obtain since they changed the parameters.

We used our first 241 to fly first class to Tokyo and our next one will be used to fly club to Orlando. We don't run a business but still find it easy to reach the required spend - we simply put everything we possibly can onto the Amex card. Food, petrol, just all the normal day to day stuff. It soon mounts up. Obviously we pay the card off in full every month so as not to attract any interest.
