Air conditioning/ too cold inside?

Thinking towards my packing - we go end of June. I can't remember if I normally pack a wee cardi for restaurants - is it normally cold in them? I know it's roasting outside even at night but as it's been a couple of years and we've had a couple of med holidays I just can't remember if I need/take something to cover my arms in restaurants! What do you do?

I get cold easy, if we're going out to a restaurant in the evening I'd take a light cardi, especially if we plan to take our time and relax. If we're just grabbing a quick bite to/from the parks I wouldn't bother.

I always keep a cardi or hoodie in the car and take it into restaurants with me. 9 times out of 10 I do need it as it can be chilly with the air con.

Yes, it's cold inside the restaurant and even in the hotel room, aircon blasting! As soon as you get out, too hot so definitely take a cardi.

You should be able to control the air-con in your hotel room via a thermostat so you can set it to a temperature you find comfortable & not too cold (expect it to be on an arctic setting on arrival though in June!)

As to the restaurants, do take something light to cover your arms if you feel the cold. I don't feel the cold and am normally OK, but on occasions have had to ask to move table when they've seated us right under an air-con outlet. If it's not excessively hot / humid in the evening, we always try to get an outdoor table at restaurants where possible - just our preference.

We went in august where it was hotter than the surface of the sun, and still found the air con in some restaurants feeezing cold, Buffalo Wild Wings was the worst, we ended up moving from inside to outside on the coveted terrace as it was warmer! I'd just take a thin cardie or hoodie with me.

Also if you're staying onsite the buses air conditioning is turned up way too high so we are always freezing by the end of the journey.

We ate at the Hard Rock at Universal in August and had to keep going outside to warm up as it was sooooo cold in the restaurant. It ruined the meal for us a bit so we will definitely be packing something like a hoodie next time just for the restaurants.

Yes, take a cardi. I don't know if it's just the contrast between outside and in or just me but I always feel chilly in restaurants.
