Using Net 10 Mobiles In California!

Hi There, you will all probably read this and think I'm a numpty! When we were in WDW in Feb we bought NET 10 Mobiles from Walmart, will I be able to go into any walmart in LA/SD to get these working as all the minutes were used up and would have expired after 90 days. I think I have read that this may be OK but just a thought as we are off to the West Coast this time not East. Thanks for all you help on this one, Lyn

You might be better off just buying new phones. You will need to buy a top up card and get them reactivated.

Can I ask how do these net 10 phones work ~ are they like out PAYG phones?

How much do they cost and do you use them for just phoining each other or phoning home?

How many minutes do you get with them?

Hi

We have used Net10 phones for a few years now. Always found them easy to use.

We paid $29.99 with 300 minutes calltime 60 days airtime.

You can also use them to call the UK which is very handy. Also people from the UK can call you to even cheaper if they call you via the cheap rate phone numbers as it is usually a local number you are given, not a Mobile one.
