The Computer says No

David Walliams definitely got it right when he says "the computer says no ". DD has had her e-mail account blocked and trying to recover it is proving very difficult, I realise about security but she has provided all the correct info but it will just not allow access.We have been told there is pretty much nothing she can do it us so frustrating. Trying to speak to an actual person well dont even get me started on that one.

If her account was compromised the details she thinks are correct may no longer be so if they have changed them.

Who is the email with?

It�s sorted now my other DD helped her ,she has had the same e-mail for years it asked for old mobile numbers and other info and eventually it let her have access. Someone has tried to access it in 3 different countries recently.

Good to hear they hadn't accesses it and changed the details.

A reminder to others to check the details on old accounts to make sure they are current.
