We have stayed at that hotel before and had absolutely no problems at all.

We stayed there in 2015 and had the same experience. The room was thick with dusk, stains on soft furnishings, moldy fridge! It was disgusting

We had a similar situation when we stayed there. There was blood on the wall of the bathroom when we arrived and it was still there 3 days later. Lots of promises that it would be sorted but no action.

We stayed for a week in July club level and we were really impressed with RPR.
I hope the poster went to club level staff with her complaint. We witnessed an American family complain about something which was minor and they had a manager out in no time. We stayed in RPR a few years ago and had issues with our room at check in and it was resolved quickly. Hope you have been moved and can enjoy the rest of your holiday.

As other have said, we stayed RPR club and all was great. The staff in club were fan so sure they will sort it out. Hope you can get on with enjoying your holiday.

Oh no we’ve always had a good stay here so sorry you’ve had that experience. Go relax in the club room whilst they sort things out for you.
