If Disney aren’t offering it then it’s over. I’d be very surprised if anyone else is offering it as they’d effectively have to pay for it.

Disney has by no means ended the dining plan. Its advertised right on their front page.

Free dining is also still being offered on the Disney front page so not sure what you are looking at. I think the Virgin deal with $100 might have recently ended but there is still the option of the dining plan available.

I'm not sure where you are getting that but free dining for 2019 ended on the 6th.

It is however still available to purchase

The free dining offer ended on 6th November, so that's no longer available for 2019 holidays, but the plan is available to buy if you book a minimum of 5 nights and park tickets at the same time.

If you're wanting to go in 2019, the next, and final UK offer, should be a free nights offer if it follows the pattern of the past few years. This should start early December and run until March 2019.

This is actually true however when you search for a booking there’s no mention of free dining. Disney need to update their website as it’s misleading.

It's not worth paying cash for.

I would say that’s an individual thing. We stayed recently without DDP and spent just as much as DDP would have cost us.
