I've had a look on Experian and my score is 465 out of 999 it says its really poor.

I can't access Clearscore as it says I have a account but I've forgot my password and its not sending me a link for a new password.

I have 3 things on Experian:

My car which is in dispute as Santander says I owe them money for 1 payment but according to my bank account I've paid my car in full.

I have a Aqua credit card that says late payments. I think I've paid late twice.

I got a couch from dfs and thats on it.

My total credit owed out is £706.

I failed a credit check today for my business. Do you think if I pay off all my debt in full my score will change?

Hi I world send them a email with details of how you payed ie late payment twice because... in depute with Santander and payed Aqua twice if you got copy of bank staement send that as well. I had this as I,owed quite a lot more I contacted them sent them all information and they changed it still not 100% but a lot higher then it was.

Thanks that's great advice. I pay Aqua on the app and before the money is due. There must be a delay at there side becouse they sent me a text last month saying I was late with a payment when I had paid early.

I think the credit report thing is such a old way to do things and unfair.
