Christmas shopping returns

There are a couple of things I would like to buy as Christmas presents from M&S. I think that it is probably too early to buy them just now in case they need to be returned and refunds obtained. Am I right? I like to buy things as I see them

You are fine to buy them now, this is taken from Marks website.

Christmas returns Policy
To help you shop with confidence this season, our Christmas returns policy is valid from 4 October 2021 until 5 December 2021. Any purchases made online or in store between these dates can be returned up until 10 January 2022. For purchases made from 6 December 2021, our normal refund policy applies.
