Congress Park Pool refurb
Just seen that there is going to be a pool refurb at Congress Park in October when we will be there, we are only there for 2 nights and had planned just to sit by the pool in the day and stroll over to Disney Springs in the evening. I booked a preferred view in the hope that we could request Congress Park so now I'm unsure what to do. I know there are other areas that offer preferred view but not so sure they are as nice. Can anyone offer some help or reassurance?

I spotted this earlier today as well. We are there for 3+ weeks and nowhere else in Non Preferred has availability so we will stay in Congress and drive up to The Grandstand.
I would recommend that location to you. Nice.

I would list them in order of being quiet as follows:-
1. Congress Park 2. The Grandstand 3. The Paddock 4. High Rocks We love Congress Park as there are no drinks machines, no zero entry and nothing for Children. Hence it's the quietest. Not being a grump but at 67 I can do without screaming Children disturbing us. We did that years ago. Nothing wrong whatsoever with Children having fun and that's what the other 3 pools cater for. The Grandstand is certainly quieter than The Paddock.
