+10 glitchy?

Morning wise dibbers

Yesterday I booked for 17 august through to 27 august as my 180 +10. This morning I had a look to see if I can do the next day already. Not only can I not book 28th, the latest it will let me get to is 16 august now, so under 180?

Tried logging in and out and a different computer.

I won't stress it, there are no hard to get adrs left on my list and I need to phone for the segway tour later anyway

Possibly answered my own question. Despite no need I tried on the app, it acknowledged my 180+10 days there but said call to reserve, I clicked through anyway and it came up there were technical difficulties contacting the server

You need to wait until 11am as that's when the new days adrs open up.

Caught me out as well this morning! Neighbours woke me up att 6.30 slamming car doors. Checked my phone and looked at the app and it was showing my dates.Nipped downstairs to get laptop and note pad and cc.Back in bed and nothing happening on website so tried app again and got same message server unreachable. Now face the prospect of booking from touchline of a footy pitch later today.

I know normally it's 11 but yesterday I could book up to 27th. Today all I am getting is up to the 16th which is either 178 or 179 days depending on whether the new days have loaded or not

I could be wrong but my understand is that you have had your ten days up to 27th. To book the 11th day (28th) you have to now wait until you are 180 days BEFORE that date i.e. 1st March and so on.

No you get to book one more each day. So 180 days before our 2nd day of staying on site I can book our 11th day ADR.

The date will show up & let you search before 11am buy just come up as error, you do need to wait.

I've had no problems using app or website but have read there was problems last week.

Who knows... I came back after lunch and I had my full 180+10 again, now including 28th as we'd gone past 11am presumably.

Now the dilemma is I'm starting to think an upgrade to full DDP is worthwhile...!

Was a complete mess for me but managed to get the app to acknowledge my +10 days and could book all but 1 of my ADR's. I had to wait until the 180 days for that particular date to get the website to work to book it.

I'm sure I could've rung them and booked no problems but that would mean real interactions with real people so I just waited .
