Best restaurants for gluten free?

Hi guys,

it would be great to hear your experiences with gluten free at walt disney world? Which table service & quick service restaurants are good for gluten free?

Everywhere is amazing for gluten free. Where ever you go the chef will come and speak to you and go through your options!even the buffets are suitable they take you round telling you what you can and can't have and if your not comfortable eating from the buffet they make you something fresh.

My daughters favourite was breakfast at tusker house as well as standard hot offerings sausage, egg, bacon etc she got gluten free Mackey waffles and there's a separate area with gluten free muffins, bread, doughnuts and other yummies.

All the counter service places are great too. If u can I'd recommend not eating at counter service places at peak times either have early or late meals cos it does take longer for your food to be prepared. They all have allergy menus with a clearly labelled gluten free section. My daughter was in food heaven she could literally walk in anywhere and get burger and chips or hot dog and chips with fries or chicken tenders or pizza. It's amazing it's far easier to eat out over there gluten free than it is here.

Universal was equally as good for gluten free eating but we found seaworld a bit more restrictive (not dreadful just maybes on par with home). We not had much experience eating off site but I've heard good things about it 😊

It's gluten free heaven! Pizzas flatbread, chicken tenders, burgers etc. Always something available. Had fab creme brulee in epcot too.
