I always tip bar staff and delivery drivers outside of the usual sit down meals. That tends to be the 'norm'.

Wolfgang Puck Express (the main qs that people tip at) is not a Disney owned restaurant. It's third party so the staff aren't employed by WDW.

QS as stated is a none tipped position but that should not be confused with bar tenders who should be tipped. This is significant to your budget if you plan on a daily tipple in the bars on site at WDW as alcoholic drinks are REALLY expensive. Thus it can also really add to the cost of your TS meals even on free dining.

So funny! It's just another funny Americanism. We got used to it very quickly! The first time I heard it I did a double take!

Like others have said, we usually tip at Wolfgang Puck Express ($5-$10, depending on how good the service is). But no other Counter Service places, on or off site.

We tipped the Dominos guy when we had Pizza delivered last year too.
