I think it's outrageous they have stopped it to be honest. You can't have 1 rule for 1 and not the other
It's crazy isn't it 😕

Did you actually speak to guest services. They can't have a time limited compensation offer.

Its either compensation, or it isn't.

£50 per night off your final invoice now or free move 😕

Yes spoke to guest services - we've left it for the mo, going to have to decide whether to move or take £50per night off invoice - before they run out of rooms at POR 😟

Sorry had to get back to work, we were offered both options immediately after being put through to the guest care department. Hope you got it sorted.

Phoned on Monday to be told I could move to POFQ for £700! No thank you!

Phoned today and after over 3 hours on the phone and the first CM not offering anything or knowing anything about those that were receiving offers, I asked to be put through to Guest Care and straight away was offered the $75 credit per night to stay at CBR and I have accepted this.

I have QSDP and the $200 gift card but we are now going to treat ourselves to some character meals and some goodies. I am sure my 2 kids and hubby will enjoy spending the extra money.

I was lucky. I phoned at 9am was only kept on hold 30 mins I was offered either of the port orleans resorts or 75 dollars a night. Didn't have to fight for it . I also got extra fast pass as we decided to stay at resort . We have a pirate room booked and I'm sure there is new quick service facilities there now, that we were planning to use anyway, rather than walk over to the main area. so I don't think we will be so affected

Got a free move to POR. From a preferred room to a pool view (I did not like the preferred area), thinking now I should have asked for the preferred cost back and gone standard.

We have a standard room booked at cbr in July and called Disney yesterday morning and were offered $75 per night credit to stay (total $1125) or a free move to pofq or por. We opted for the free move to a preferred room at Por and we received the new invoice and change of resorts on mde yesterday.
