Setting up problems of MDE
Here we go... booked direct with Disney uk site, trying to set up my Disney account on the Disney us site so i am ready to booked my adr. But keeps coming up once I've completed the form unable to save the information need.
Any ideal what to do, or should I just phone Disney direct and would that be uk or US Disney. And anyone have the right phone pls. Thanks for any help guys. |

Are you trying to set it up via the app? If so, maybe worth going to the and entering the info there. The app is notorious for playing up, and TBH I tend to try and avoid using it whenever possible!
One other thing - are you trying to set it up using your WDW UK booking reference? If so, you will need the US booking ref (which is in XXX9999 format) which you should be able to get from the Disney team - call Guest Services on 0800 028 0778 and I'm sure there is an option for website help. If not, just press for dining reservations and they should be able to advise. HTH.

Ok I'm confused why you need to set up on the US site ? Do you mean the MDE site ? The problem more than likely is your phone number, you have to mess about putting it in a format that the site will accept. xxx xxxx xxxx basically I dropped the 00 44 1.
As far as your booking ref, just enter the one that you have as if you booked on Disney UK you won't have a different US one & the site accepts it. Finally if your countdown is correct you have plenty of time as ADR's are 180 days SD
